Intuition is one of those amorphous, who-really-knows-what-it-means words.

But what if “Intuition” had concrete meaning?

What if your intuition was something reliable and tangible?

What if you could use it to improve every part of your life?

And what if I told you this is your birthright?

How do you decide?

Think about it. How do you decide what to eat, what to wear, who to marry, where to live, where to work, when to leave, how to spend your free time, how you organize your home, where you shop…

So many things to consider! So many decisions!

If you are like most, you have trouble, at least some of the time, making decisions from the noise and input all around (news, social media, tv, ads, etc).

Maybe you tend towards decisiveness and are self-assured, secure in the decisions you make, knowing they are the best they can be, and will always and only support positive outcomes.

If that’s you — if you know the decisions you make are the best they can be for you — read no further. Get back to enjoying what you’ve got going on and living your best life!

If, however, you experience anxiety and indecision ore often than not, and/or are afraid that the decisions you make may well be terrible and the chance for a positive outcome is small, stick with me.

I’ve got something for you that will rock your world.

How could you decide?

There are so many amorphous, new-agey terms floating around: ‘vibe,’ ‘energy’. . . . . . . . . . . ‘intuition.’

Seriously though, what does it even mean??

Intuition is nothing more or less than your body’s built in navigation system. It is with you always, every hour of every day, ready and waiting. And it can guide you anywhere, to anything and everything you want to do, be, and have.

Okay Katherine, so how do you decide?

You guessed it — Intuitively!

And though I have doubts from time to time, I know the decisions I make are the best for me.

This way of moving through life has lead me to (in no particular order): my rock-star/gardener/cook/got-me-through-medical-school husband, my home with a back yard and garden so good I never considered I could have it, several jobs through the years, each better than the last, friends, and all manner of surprises along the way.

In short, there are moments (days, weeks, months, years) of my life that are, for lack of a better word, magic. Synchronous, easy, delicious and sweet.

I want this for you. And this is what this course is designed to help you have.

That sounds incredible!

I want it for me too!

In a nutshell, here’s the work we’re going to do together:

  • Talk through foundational assumptions for effective use of intuition including the fact that you are the only one who knows what is best for you, and you can trust your body.

  • Learn the biology of intuition — why it is real and reliable, and how our nervous system is, quite literally, wired to provide us an overabundance of information.

  • Exercises to help you tap into your body’s wisdom and intuition, including tapping, meditation, journaling, and more besides,

  • Learn how to differentiate intuition and anxiety, and, of course,

  • Act on that intuition!

Still not sure?

That’s okay.

This is an investment, to be sure. And for something maybe you’re not even sure is * actually * real, or can be taught.

Here’s the thing though. From time to time, I’ve opted out of listening to my own intuition, and the results have been bad. Downright awful relationships, bad financial decisions, and feeling just crappy in general.

Because I wasn’t listening to and trusting what I knew, but to what someone else told me I should be doing.

Six years ago, when I was on the fence about moving clear across the country, a friend said to me “No one else has to live your life. Whatever decision you make, you will have to live.”

Which was the permission I needed to give myself to up and leave (with no real plan, if I’m being honest). And not that I recommend not having a plan (I’ve never not had one since then), but that moment and decision based entirely on an intuitive knowing changed my life. It led me to my husband, to my career, and to more beauty than I knew was available to me in this life.

And so I say to you: no one else has to live the decisions you make. And you have everything you need already to make excellent decisions, to move your life in exactly the direction you want it to go.

I’m just here to help you along the way.

But doesn’t all this take work…

It’s not nothing, I assure you.

It takes some attention, some learning, some growing.

It takes courage and willingness to acknowledge that situation x, y, or z is not working, and it needs to change.

Which is scary. And a lot to think about. And the prospects of trying to figure out how to change it can be overwhelming.

But/And…

When you line up with your intuitive knowing, and act on the information it gives you, the work is not so hard after all.

Rather, it is just the next logical step, the next thing to get you where you really want to be.

And where you really want to be — I imagine if you’ve stuck with me this long — is at ease, content and within easy reach of joy.

This is what I want for you, friend. It is, quite literally, what gets me out of bed in the morning. What keeps me doing my own work, so that I can share it with you.

I know you can. And I know you will. And if you’re ready now, I know I can help.

I’m almost ready, but I have questions!

No problem at all!

I’m happy to chat — drop me a DM here.
