Hit a brick wall lately?
What do you do when it happens?

Asking for help is a way to build community. It is not a weakness or a sign that you've done something wrong. Rather, it is a way to stay in trust with the people closest to you and take good care of yourself in the process.

In order to become emotionally self-sufficient, you must first do one thing: Take Responsibility. It is not nothing, and the implications are wide reaching.
Keeping your mood and mindset on track when the days get shorter and the nights seem darker is a huge challenge. Here are some tricks to keep yourself mentally strong and well through the winter months.
You are not only a body. You are not only a mind. You are not only a spirit.
You are all of these and more. Integrative mental health not only understands this, but emphasizes it.
